Ordering and shipping
After you have submitted an order, you have confirmed your intention to buy this item. Legal actions will be taken against frauds.
After an successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase from our Denmark office. Your card will be charged after your order has been succesfully shipped. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, if you chose the standard shipping with tracking. Tracking information might not update immediately, please wait up to 24 hours.
What does untracked shipping mean?
We have provided two ways of shipping our products. The standard shipping comes with a tracking code, which allows you to follow your order's way to your home and this way your order is fully insured. The shipping company we use for tracked orders is GLS.
The cheapest option is untracked shipping, which isn't insured or tracked. Your order is shipped first using the danish Post Nord, and if you live outside of Denmark, your local postal company will take over once the shipment comes to your country. These untracked orders are sent as a letter, so it is only available if your order doesn't exceed the weight of 500g. Untracked order's arriving time vary and depend on the local postal company.

Pricing and transactions
All the prices are set at Euros. Currency converter on our site converts these prices to your local currency with the current exchange rate. Transactions are done by PayPal, which allows you to use most credit cards or your PayPal account.
We reserve the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion in case of problems. We also reserve the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any given time.
In our shop you can pay with following cards: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard.
We will not charge your creditcard before we send the goods/the order.
You have 2 years reclamation.
Returns and exchanges
We check manually the quality of our out going items, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or exchange it for something else on our shop. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the day you have received the item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive information on how to easily ship it back to us and receive refund or exchange. You will get another 14 days to ship the order back to us. Unfortunately we do not refund/exchange used or opened items. They should be in their original packaging.
Cat toys and snacks
Costumes, toys and snacks meant for cats should only be used under human supervision to prevent accidents. We do not exchange items meant for cats, that have already been used because of risk of fur conditions. We do not refund cat snacks that have been opened. We hope you understand.
Cats usually don’t like cold beverages, so we suggest to serve the cat wine room-temperature. Not every cat have a sensitivity to the smell of catnip, so it is possible they won’t immediately fall in love with it. You can also try and dilute it with water, if your cat is just not into so strong wines :) We do not offer refunds for opened bottles. For more information you may contact us at email@example.com.
